Requirements
- At least 6 months of recruitment experience.
- Russian and English language skills (B1 and above).
- Clear, confident communication and a responsible approach.
- The ability to work at a fast pace.
- An interest in growing in IT recruitment.
Tasks
- Source IT professionals and review applications.
- Conduct initial screening interviews.
- Introduce candidates to the company and open roles.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the team and meet recruitment KPIs.
Conditions
- Fully remote work.
- $1,000–1,500 net per month + bonuses, paid monthly.
- A 5-day workweek with 2 days off; working hours: 9 a.m.–7 p.m. GMT+3.
- A 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.
- A permanent virtual video office with mandatory camera-on attendance and screen recording.
